About Me
Hi! I’m Jordan!
From a young age, I’ve been captivated by weddings and events—the stunning dresses, towering cakes, and the unmistakable air of romance that fills the day. The way two families come together, old friends reunite, and new connections are made is the magic that inspired me to become a professional wedding planner.
As an event and wedding coordinator, my role goes beyond organizing the day. It’s about getting to know my clients personally and transforming their unique wedding vision into reality. Each wedding I plan is an opportunity to create a meaningful, unforgettable experience.
In 2018, I graduated with a degree in Events Management, which set the foundation for my career as a wedding planner in the East Midlands. After gaining experience in corporate events, I followed my passion and founded Jordan Emily Weddings & Events in 2020, specializing in marquee weddings and dry hire venues.
Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with wonderful couples across the Midlands, helping them enjoy their big day with confidence and ease. I’ve also built lasting relationships with trusted wedding industry professionals who offer tailored services to make your wedding day truly special.
At Jordan Emily Weddings, I bring professionalism, creativity, and a personal touch to every wedding, ensuring that your day is stress-free, seamless, and perfectly you.
A bit about the every day me…
I have two dogs, a Spanish Water dog named Ralph and a blonde Labrador named Fred. They're both full of energy, and we enjoy plenty of walks, whether it's in sunshine or gusty winds. Rain, on the other hand, isn't our favourite!
My partner, Joe, and I brought our first house earlier last year, which we have decided to try and do as much DIY as possible - definitely a lot easier said than done!
I used to be a sun-loving beach holiday fanatic, but after learning to ski in 2022, I'd choose a snowy, hot chocolate-filled holiday any day of the week!
I’m a 2nd Dan black belt in Taekwondo, although I mainly focus on running and challenging myself through Wolf runs and sprint triathlons.
Kind Words…
